An electromechanical engineer who went to rural areas to bring electricity to villages. He died sacrificing himself in a snowstorm in the southwest. In the Underworld, he appears as a ghost dressed in a simple faded old T-shirt with neat short hair, somewhat lean with slightly dark skin. He led teams to many places and volunteers to work for the Underworld's power grid project. He is mentioned in quality textbooks as a heroic figure.
