Antagonist, the corrupt magistrate of Yun'an City. He massacred over a hundred people at Divine Doctor Valley based on rumors of immortal cultivation methods, including children as young as three. He raped and murdered Wan Hai's wife and daughter. He was poisoned with soft muscle powder by Wang Yutong and ultimately killed when Wan Hai threw a flying dagger at his forehead, though Wan Tingshen intervened. He was calm under danger because he had a backup plan involving his son.
