Male supporting character. A commissar and Wen Lin's superior officer. He informs Wen Lin that his divorce petition cannot be approved due to his recent merit and upcoming promotion. He notices a bite mark on Wen Lin's collar and assumes Wen Lin no longer wants to divorce.
