A resident of Xiahe Village who caught river shrimp at his house the day before Ruan Erniu's visit. Ruan Erniu mentioned checking if there were any shrimp left from Uncle Seven's catch to include in the celebratory lunch. Uncle Seven is one of the villagers who supplies fresh food to the Ruan family.
