Male character, the owner of a spicy restaurant near Cheng Lie's shop. He knows Cheng Lie well and usually orders the same three dishes for him. When Cheng Lie brought Jiang Yao to the restaurant, Uncle Liao jokingly remarked that A-Lie brought a little girl. He brought the menu and interacted warmly with both Cheng Lie and Jiang Yao.
