The narrator and protagonist, a 15-year-old female assassin known by the codename Jet-Black Wings. She has golden eyes and a slender build. Her ability requires shouting dramatic slogans to activate, with longer chants producing stronger effects; the black wings are props that help her push off surfaces rather than actually fly. She has no friends and works solo because other assassins find her ability embarrassing. She is an expert at disguising herself as an ordinary person and previously worked part-time at a convenience store. Her goal is to work diligently, save enough money, retire at twenty, negotiate a clean slate with the Supernatural Special Operations Division, and live quietly. She was hired against by a financial conglomerate figure and faced Oda Sakunosuke in an assassination attempt, but was spared and recruited instead.
