Also known as Si Yan or Four-Eyes, a male shopkeeper who owns a VIP warehouse in the Black Market. He runs an adult store and is nicknamed Four-Eyed Frog. His uncle holds authority within the Base, which helped him secure the warehouse. He maintains a good neighborly relationship with Lao Qin and trusts him enough to rent out warehouse space.
