An antagonist from the country of Chen who harbors intense hostility toward Da Xia. He is plotting revenge during the Spring Festival by arranging for someone to tamper with the agricultural deity's statue to make Da Xia hated by the people of the four nations. He is deceitful and was misled by the Grand Preceptor of Chu. He displayed malicious excitement about nailing Da Xia officials to the pillar of shame.
