An antagonist who stormed the Sunshine Welfare Home/orphanage. He had a history of mental illness, lived alone, and had delusions of a wife and child. He believed his imaginary child had been kidnapped. He carried dismantled fireworks strapped inside his coat as explosives and caught fire after lighting them.
