A half-grown boy who works for Su Lao, wearing a padded jacket he has kept for two winters. He greets Guan Ciyan enthusiastically and delivers messages between the master and visitors. He is given candies by Guan Ciyan and later receives money to buy new clothes. He serves tea to Guan Ciyan and secretly hides the tea box.
