The commander of the prefectural soldiers who led the arrest of Zhuang Jin. He was arrogant and dismissive, mocking the wolves as mere dogs and refusing to take the threat seriously. He could not tell the difference between wolves and dogs and was easily fooled by Zhuang Jin's deception, allowing the wolves to accompany her to the county government office.
