Bai Wei's first murder target. Lived outside the Black Port City TV building. Used drugs, gambled, and had been imprisoned for child molestation in his youth. After release, he set up camp outside Bai Wei's workplace, spat everywhere, exposed himself, harassed colleagues and subordinates, and stalked an intern. Bai Wei called the police multiple times, stuffed him into a sack twice, and sent him to the homeless shelter, but the man left twice and returned.
