A player who, under the commander's orders, left a mind-controlling code in Chi Liu's brain four years ago. This code was the reason Chi Liu's brain had been unable to recover for so long. The only remaining part of billions of messy codes was in Chi Liu's body after Chu Qi destroyed those in the spaceport's central computer.
