A victim of the underground laboratory experiments who was rescued by Ling Zhanlou. He had not yet begun the experiments when Ling Zhanlou destroyed the lab. He was later found injected with some kind of drug and died despite Ling Zhanlou's healing abilities. Before dying, he gave Ling Zhanlou a silver bracelet embedded with a crystal nucleus, having stolen it from the lab.
