A farmer from near Xiangde Village in Baochang County whose crops were destroyed by flooding caused by a reservoir malfunction. He was wading through half-meter-deep water pushing a large wooden tub when Fu Erdie and Sang Wenhao found him. He wanted a ride to the county seat where he had a familiar vehicle.
