Also known as the Nine-Thousand-Year-Old, the superior of Eunuch Gao. He is the Factory Overseer of the Eastern Depot and orchestrated the framing of the Shen brothers. He threatened that if General Shen were rescued alive, Eunuch Gao would lose his own head.
