A supernatural entity who follows Xie Qing silently through the hotel. He has the ability to observe Xie Qing but does not have full access to the manager's abilities. He wants to devour Xie Qing but feels reluctant because he considers Xie Qing's soul to be of too high a caliber. He set up a death trap on the first floor for Xie Qing. He is described as having a strange thirst and yearning.
