One of Xie Debiao's three underlings who accompanied him to Li Fan's base. He wore a sleeveless shirt revealing full-sleeve tattoos and was aggressive toward Li Fan when Li Fan refused to let Xie Debiao enter the Fortress. He was restrained by Xie Debiao's gesture.
