Also known as Madam Ye Tang or Ye Tang-shi. The mother of Ye Chutang. Eighteen years ago during a great natural disaster, she single-handedly saved every refugee who made it to the capital by setting up tents and handing out porridge. She earned the reputation of a living Bodhisattva. She passed away but is remembered fondly by the people.
