The group leader of the Swift Eagle fleet. He tried to stop the brawl between Lei and Li Gaojun's sides. He was struck by a particle gun during the Red Rose Ghost attack, collapsed beside Xi Ming and Shi Chan, and slipped into unconsciousness with his body covered in blood and burns.
