The intruder who knocked on Jiang Ting's door at around 1:30 AM. Surveillance footage shows he entered the building at 1:18 AM and left at 1:36 AM. He was a relatively young man wearing light-colored trousers, a dark short-sleeved shirt, gloves, a hat, and a mask. He seemed very familiar with Jingle Community and likely observed camera positions in advance.
