Also called Manager He, he is the manager of Mingde Courtyard's Project Group 2. He is balding and had previously complained about Jin Yaotiao being parachuted into their project. After the shareholder meeting, he became overly deferential and flattering toward Jin Yaotiao, whom he now addresses as Director Jin.
