The boss/leader of the Red Little B gang. He arrived after Lin Xiaodou had already beaten and robbed his men. Upon discovering that Skinny and the others were knocked out and their goods stolen, with their testicles smashed, he became furious and vowed to hunt down the person responsible, wanting them to die with no place to be buried.
