Also called Chief Liu, the stationmaster on the train wearing a large peaked cap. Initially biased toward Section Chief Li due to his official status, but becomes terrified when he sees Lu Si's military credentials from the Beijing Military Region Headquarters. He salutes Lu Si and removes Li and the woman from the compartment.
