Male character, Zhao Xiaoyu's ex-husband who came from the countryside. He had a family full of troublesome relatives. He relied on money and coupons from the Zhao family and frequently charmed the older unmarried Song Jianü, promptly dumping Zhao Xiaoyu. Later seeing the Song family fall from grace and the Zhao family rise, he wanted to return to his former life but Zhao Xiaoyu had targeted Sheng Qianyu in many matters so he brought up the child instead.
