A dangerous racer driving boat number seven, known for using dirty tactics. He deliberately explodes his own boat to take out his competitor Thunder Runner, and later attempts to hit Iron Pillar's boat with his engine exhaust. He is described as a troublemaker who has offended all other competitors.
