Minor character, one of the officers/subordinates at the Yunzhou County Magistrate's private residence. He claimed to be a special envoy of Heaven and begged for his life while being slowly sliced by Su Chao's orders. Su Chao coldly responded that as a special envoy of Heaven, he deserved to be killed.
