Also referred to as the Nan'an King, he is the beloved youngest son of the late Emperor. His fief is rich but has no salt mines, relying entirely on salt merchants for salt supply. He has grown increasingly powerful and disregarded the current Emperor's authority. He spent his days plotting to reclaim what he believed was his rightful throne. The late Emperor left many old ministers to protect him.
