Also called Xiao Chu, he is the six-year-old only son of the newly rich Song family. He is hospitalized due to an allergic reaction. His parents are arguing about a suspected affair. In the original story, he was supposed to die from kidnapping, which would cause his parents to offend Jiang Yun's uncle and lead to their business being taken over. He gets kidnapped along with Jiang Yun.
