Shinobu Kochō is a Pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps, known as the Insect Pillar. In this chapter, she arrives with the Demon Slayer Corps rescue teams after the battle. She is described as wearing a haori patterned like butterfly wings. She tends to Giyu Tomioka's injuries, injecting him with medicine to stabilize his breathing. The medicine is not a full cure but buys him time. She is curious about Nanaya's true identity but respects Tengen's endorsement of him. Shinobu is female and serves as a supporting character.
