Shi Liaoliao is the protagonist, a young woman who has disguised herself as a male manservant for years. She serves as the personal little manservant to Lu Yanzhou, the sole heir of the wealthy Lu family. Originally the grandson of the former butler, she was assigned to this position by the head of the Lu family. She maintains a perpetually expressionless, aloof demeanor to conceal her true gender and inner thoughts. Internally, she is rebellious, sarcastic, and dreams of freedom, including working at a nightclub. She possesses a sharp mind and a dark sense of humor, as shown when she pranks Bai Liye with urine and later serves laxatives disguised as wine. She is cautious about revealing her gender due to a warning from the original body's note that doing so would lead to mortal danger.
