Male, also known as Guan Chong, a hooligan from Peach Blossom Town who drove a blue Xiali car. He had previously whistled and made provocative gestures at Xie Qing. He was one of the people following Tan Yi and was later found murdered with morphine injection. His parents are still alive, he has a younger sister, and his father is also described as a scoundrel.
