The second son of the Shen family, one of the five great families in The Weakness and Salvation. He cultivates the medical path as a healer but cannot heal his own demonic poison. He has a carefree temperament and enjoys telling absurd cold jokes. He is skilled with a bow, but his right hand was ruined by demonic poison from a spider bite. According to the book, the poison struck three times, causing his body to rot and eventually kill him. He never shot another arrow after being poisoned.
