The spoiled second-generation heir of the Shen family, known throughout Hong Kong for street racing and dropping out of school. His father's branch of the family collapsed and power now rests with his uncle. He lives off his trust fund. Old Master Shen ordered him to oversee the Sham Shui Po land project partly to give the neighborhood an account and partly to save his grandson from being beyond saving. He drives a high-profile sports car and has an arrogant demeanor.
