A rival character introduced in Chapter 97. He met Qin Ruyan eight years ago when she had no desire to live. He set up a scheme manipulating a bidding process for a project involving Qin Chaoyang. He needed Qin Ruyan's blood sample for research connected to Qin Zheng. He was expelled from the International Medical Institute and secretly gathered those rejected or expelled by the institute. He is currently frustrated after being unable to reach Qin Ruyan by phone.
