Male resident of Peach Blossom Village, son of Village Chief Shen Qing. He is suspicious of outsiders initially but softens when Tang Mo appears aggrieved. He is protective of his future brother-in-law Tiegen and wary of Tang Mo potentially stealing him away. He helps arrange Tang Mo's accommodation and daily meals.
