Female, also referred to as Qin's mother. Widow of Qin Wancang. Mother of Qin Lingnian and Qin Mingyue. Known for her beauty which aroused jealousy of all women in the village. After Qin Wancang's death, she and her children were bullied by villagers. Qin Lingnian joined the army and became an officer, which changed their status.
