A level three lightning ability user who has been visiting the Cloud Thunder Squad daily since returning from the hospital. He is proud, distant, and hard to approach, but becomes proactive toward those he likes. He clearly likes Shi Ran and has essentially moved into their house. He is Sang Mian's brother.
