Also known as Wei Shengjin, he is the son of the South Sea Dragon King who was killed by the Ghost King. He entered the human realm seeking revenge. He has dragon horns that he conceals in his hair. He is cold, fierce, and suspicious, kidnapping Yu Zhengzheng and Yu Jiangjiang from a latrine. He forces them to take the Hundred-Day Death Powder and plans to use Yu Zhengzheng to kill the Ghost King during a thunderstorm when the Ghost King's divine powers weaken.
