Head of the second branch of the Mu family and uncle of both Mu Jiaojiao and Mu Mingzhu. He felt secret joy at the thought of Jiaojiao dying or being crippled since his daughter Mingzhu would then marry Prince Ke's heir. He denied harming Jiaojiao when questioned.
