A member of the Hanlin Academy who attended the Han Mansion banquet as one of the four distinguished guests. He is described as easygoing and fond of wine. He particularly loved sturgeon, which made the loss of the sturgeon supply especially critical for satisfying him. He was one of the two attendant guests alongside the Sansi Commissioner.
