The Sixth Legion Commander of the Cherubim, an S-class criminal who commanded a warship bearing a six-winged angel emblem. He was killed by Kael at the City of Sighs on Hippel, with his battleship Jupiter III completely destroyed and wreckage sinking into the deep sea.
