A member of the 191 Phantom Squad, approximately two meters tall, wearing a mask. He is malicious and cruel, having earlier suggested cutting off medics' limbs to test their capabilities. He deployed an energy shield during the second wave of monster attacks but deliberately positioned it so it could not protect everyone. He threatened Wuning by pressing his gun muzzle against her chin and mocked her as a pretty little lamb.
