A local scoundrel and hooligan in Heishi Village, infamous for petty thefts and peeping. He was sent to a nearby pig farm for reeducation last time and is about to return after half a year. He loves pestering pretty women and is described as utterly shameless. Zhang Lian manipulates him into targeting Lin Xiaodou.
