A shrewd-looking fat man who is the leader of the Red Spider star pirate group. He led the attack on 627 Military Academy seeking justice for his missing companions. He attempted to negotiate a ransom for the captured pirates as a strategy to infiltrate the school, but was outsmarted by Yan Shaonan. He was ultimately defeated when his ship was attacked by anti-ship missiles and magnetic railguns, forcing a landing where he was subdued by Yan Shaonan's white mecha after attempting to throw a fusion grenade.
