Male protagonist, a young man around fourteen or fifteen years old. He is a young master with severely injured legs that were deliberately sabotaged during an autumn hunt the previous year. His legs are sore, swollen, and painfully sharp, making it nearly impossible for him to stand. He comes from a palace background where he learned to survive by enduring hunger and being extremely cautious. He is deeply suspicious, guarded, and tests food and water for poison. He has a pale, sickly, delicate face resembling an ethereal celestial youth, with long thick lashes. Despite starving, he maintains an expressionless, icy demeanor and harbors deep hatred and despair.
