An American fighter and recognized champion of a certain organization who accepted Leon's title defense challenge. He is described as wicked, unrepentant, and more unscrupulous and immoral than Leon. He tampered with Leon's psychological medication to strip his opponent of qualification before the match out of jealousy that Leon shared the same identity and growth path.
