A nearly fifty-year-old retiree who once served as the intelligence director of the Third Fleet Cluster. He acts as the Tower Academy's liaison point in the Third Fleet Cluster. He gladly came out of retirement to meet with Jing Rong after hearing he was the youngest SSS+ Guide from the Academy. He provided Jing Rong with detailed intelligence about Azure Star's pirate past and his rise to power. He knew of Lann Viktor and expressed deep admiration for him. He has shrewd eyes that reveal traces of his former formidable self.
