The boss of a gang of thugs, originally the head of security in the residential area. He has a faded dragon tattoo on his chest and leads a force of sixty to seventy people who have taken over Villas 31 to 36. When the Extreme Heat began, he learned that killing would not attract police attention and started looting. He became increasingly ambitious, wanting to dominate Chang'an Prefecture and build an empire. He set his sights on Xu Siyu and plotted to capture Li Fan as a hostage to force Xu Jiayin to surrender his gun. He is not well-educated but is inspired by operatic stories about rising from nothing.
