An abusive man who claims ownership of the Ragdoll cat. He is described as drunk, wearing a shirt and tie, and reeking of alcohol. He admits to spending hundreds or thousands raising the cat yet allows it to become severely injured and filthy. He threatens to tear the cat's skin when he catches it. He is aggressive and attempts to physically assault Hua Ning when she refuses to let him see the cat in the stroller.
